Return and Refund Policy

At Gecodart SA, your satisfaction is our priority. However, if an item does not fully meet your expectations, we have established a clear and transparent return procedure.
Please read the conditions below carefully before initiating your return.
1. Return Procedure (Step by Step)
To ensure your request is processed quickly, strict adherence to the following procedure is mandatory. Any return made without a prior request validated by our customer service team cannot be processed.
- Return Request: You must inform us via email of your intention to return a product within 14 calendar days.
- Validation: Once your request is received, our customer service team will confirm receipt and provide you with precise instructions.
- Shipping: You then have 7 calendar days to ship the package to the address indicated at the bottom of this page.
2. Deadlines to Observe
- Notification Deadline: You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase of your order to notify us of your wish to return one or more items. Past this deadline, no return requests will be accepted.
- Shipping Deadline: Once the request is validated, the products must be physically shipped within 7 days following the date of our approval.
3. Condition of Products
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in perfectly new and resellable condition.
- Packaging: The product must be returned in its intact original packaging.
- Condition: The item must show no signs of use, wear, damage, or deterioration.
- Completeness: All accessories, manuals, tags, and the delivery note must be included in the package.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a depreciation fee if the returned product does not comply with these conditions (damaged packaging, soiled product, etc.).
4. Return Fees
In order to maintain fair prices and limit the carbon footprint associated with excessive transport, our fee policy is as follows:
Classic Returns (Change of Mind):
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Administrative processing and restocking fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns Covered by Gecodart SA:
Return costs are free (via a prepaid label provided by us) only in the following cases:
- Order preparation error (item not ordered).
- Item received defective or damaged.
- Incomplete receipt or non-compliance with the product description.
5. Exclusions (Refused Returns)
The right of return does not apply to the following categories. These sales are considered final:
- Products made to measure or personalized according to customer specifications.
- Products that are incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer.
- Products without their original packaging or with damaged packaging.
- Items given as part of a commercial promotion ("Gifts").
- Items purchased during sales or benefiting from a promotional discount (unless otherwise stated).
6. Return Address
We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number (and signature required for valuable items). Gecodart SA cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of your package during transport to our premises.

7. Processing and Refund
Once your package is received at our warehouse:
- Quality Control: Our team checks the compliance of the return (product condition, packaging, accessories).
- Refund: If the return is validated, we will proceed with the refund within 10 business days.
- Payment Method: The refund is made via the same payment method used for the initial transaction, or in the form of a voucher (store credit) if you prefer.
