Returns of products must be requested from our customer service department. Please complete the form available here.
Return period
The return must be communicated by email within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, after this period no more returns will be accepted.
The product(s) must be returned to us within 7 days following the date of the return request.
Return costs
To make this service accessible to all and to avoid abuse, returns are mainly the responsibility of the buyer, and processing fees may apply to process your return.
Returns will be free in the event of a delivery error, incorrect information, an unordered item, a defect or incomplete receipt.
Products with refused return
Products subject to personalized manufacturing, with missing accessories, without original packaging, already used, gifts, or on promotion.

Always send the product(s) with the delivery note, in the original packaging and without any trace of use.
Refund
For the refund, we use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction or in the form of a voucher.
After receiving the package, your return is verified by our team, if validated, the final amount will be credited generally within 10 days of receiving your package.
