Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. General Information
Shipping Location The majority of our orders are processed and shipped directly from our logistics hub located in Geneva, Switzerland. This applies to all our clients residing in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Note: For certain international orders or custom-made products, shipping may exceptionally be handled by one of our commercial partners located outside of Switzerland.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is validated, our logistics team works to prepare it as quickly as possible:
- In-stock products: The order is processed and shipped the same day or the following day (business days), depending on the time of validation.
- Custom-made products: The processing time may be longer depending on the necessary manufacturing time. An estimated delay will be communicated to you.
3. Zones and Delivery Times
The delivery times below are indicated in business days as an estimate once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

- Estimated time: 1 to 2 business days (PostPac Priority) or 2 to 3 days (PostPac Economy).

Geographical Restrictions:
Certain specific products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the country. Please check the product page to verify eligibility for your destination.
4. Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please note that the activation of the tracking link on the carrier's website may take up to 24 hours after the notification is sent.
5. Shipping Rates
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
- Free Delivery: Offered for certain product categories or for any order over 60 CHF.
- Shipping Costs: A delivery supplement applies to orders under 60 CHF for standard delivery.
For Europe and International: Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, package volume, and the destination country. To find out the exact amount, we invite you to simulate an order in your cart.
Custom-made orders: For special manufacturing, costs vary according to the address and chosen mode of transport (truck, express, etc.). A precise quote including shipping costs will be provided before the purchase is finalized.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries made from Switzerland to a European Union country or outside the EU:
- Customs fees, local taxes, or import VAT may be claimed by local authorities upon delivery.
- These additional costs are the entire responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Gecodart.
7. Receipt of Package and Disputes
Inspection upon delivery: It is imperative to check the condition of the packaging and the product in the presence of the delivery person.
- If the package is damaged: Take photos, refuse the package, and state the reason on the delivery note.
- Contact us immediately so we can open a claim file.
Liability: Gecodart makes every effort to respect delivery times. However, we decline all liability in the event of delays or non-delivery due to force majeure circumstances beyond our control (strikes, natural disasters, wars, major transport disruptions, etc.).
8. Returns and Customer Service
Do you wish to return a product? Returns must be subject to prior validation by our customer service team.
