The Professional Client status is exclusively reserved for companies, institutions, artisans, and freelancers carrying out a commercial or liberal activity, with specific supply needs.

- Simplified purchasing: Deferred payment options (subject to acceptance).
How to open or activate your PRO account?
The procedure depends on your situation:
- New customer: Create a standard customer account by providing your professional details.
- To register, click here
- Existing customer: Update your existing account by adding your professional details.
- To log in, click here
Once your information is up to date, send an email to our customer service by clicking here with the subject: "Become a professional customer" so that we can process your request.
Validation time
The verification of your status and the activation of your professional account are not immediate and may take several days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your PRO account is active.
Important note ("guest" mode)
If your email address has already been used to place an order without creating an account (in "guest" mode), our system will block the creation of a new account. In this case, please contact us specifying that you wish to convert your guest account into a professional account.
