How to become a Professional Client?

To access professional rates, account creation and validation are mandatory. The procedure differs depending on your current situation.

1. You are a new customer

If you have never ordered from our site, the procedure is done in two simple steps:

Step 1: Create a standard account

  1. Access the account creation form by clicking here.
  2. Fill in your personal information (Last Name, First Name, Email, Secure Password).
  3. Important: In the address section, you must fill in the Company Name (Raison Sociale) and the headquarters' details.
  4. Accept the terms and conditions and validate the creation.

Step 2: Request for conversion

Once the account is created, send an email to our customer service with the subject line "Become a professional client".

  • Note: To speed up validation, please include your VAT number (or UID for Switzerland) in the body of the email.

2. You already have a personal account

Do you wish to switch your existing account to a pro status?

  1. Log in to your customer area.
  2. Check that your billing details include your company name and your VAT/UID number.
  3. Then send an email to our support with the subject line "Become a professional client" to request status activation.

3. Special case: You ordered as a guest

If your email address has already been used to place an order without creating an account ("Guest" mode), the system will not allow you to create a new classic account.

  • The solution: Contact us by email stating that you wish to "Convert a guest account into a professional account".
  • What happens next: We will manually proceed with the conversion. You will receive a temporary password by email, which you must change upon your first login to secure your access.

Important Information
Validation time

Verification of your professional status (check of VAT/UID number) and activation of your benefits can take up to 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your B2B access is active.

Good to know: Professional rates are only displayed once your account is validated and you are logged into the store.
