Creating Your Personal Account

You can activate your personal space at any time, whether before starting your shopping or when finalizing your order.

Option A: Direct Registration (Before Ordering)

Ideal for preparing your purchases at your own pace.

  1. Access the form: Go to the registration page by clicking here.
  2. Personal Information: Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*). Ensure your delivery details are accurate.
  3. Security: Enter a valid e-mail address and create a secure password (minimum 8 characters).
  4. Consent: Read our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (GDPR and FADP compliant). Check the corresponding boxes to validate your agreement.
  5. Validation: Click the "Create my personal account" button. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you instantly.

Option B: Registration at Checkout (During an Order)

Don't waste time—create your account without leaving your cart.

  1. When finalizing: When the order form appears, locate and click on the "Create a new account" link at the top of the page.
  2. Data Entry: Complete the required information marked with an asterisk (*).
  3. Credentials: Enter your e-mail and choose a password of at least 8 characters.
  4. Legal Agreements: Check the boxes to accept the terms of use and the data protection policy.
  5. Finalization: Click on "Create your account". Your order will be saved simultaneously with the creation of your profile.

Managing Existing and Guest Accounts

Important note regarding your e-mail address Our security system prevents the creation of duplicates. An e-mail address can only be associated with a single account.

Have you already ordered as a guest? If you have previously made a purchase with us without creating an account ("Guest" mode) and now wish to officialize your personal area with this same e-mail address, a manual procedure is required to secure your historical data.

  1. Contact Us: Please inform us of your request via e-mail or our contact form.
  2. Account Conversion: Our technical teams will convert your "Guest" history into a "Personal Account".
  3. Activation: Once the conversion is complete, you will receive an e-mail containing a temporary password.
  4. Security: Upon your first login with this temporary password, you will be asked to change it immediately to a personal password of your choice.
